Anxiety Sleep Muscular Pain

Life force, in balance

Ki (気) is the Japanese word for life force energy — the vital current that flows through every living being. The practice of reiki, rooted in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition, works by channelling this energy through the practitioner's hands to support the body's natural ability to heal.

When ki flows freely, the body and mind find equilibrium. Stress, injury, emotional strain, and accumulated tension can all disrupt this flow — creating blockages that manifest as anxiety, disrupted sleep, or persistent physical pain.

A reiki session doesn't diagnose or treat. It creates the conditions for your nervous system to settle, your body to release what it's holding, and your natural rhythms to reassert themselves. Most clients notice a deep sense of calm during the session itself; lasting effects develop over a course of treatments.

Anxiety
Calms an overactive nervous system; reduces the grip of worry and hypervigilance.
Sleep
Supports deeper, more restorative rest by easing the transition into parasympathetic states.
Muscular Pain
Encourages tension release in areas of chronic or acute physical holding.

What clients say

"

I came in barely sleeping four hours a night. After three sessions, I was consistently getting six or seven. I was genuinely surprised — I didn't expect anything so tangible.

— T.L., Sembawang

"

The Trio session was unlike anything I'd experienced. I came in wound up from a particularly bad stretch of anxiety — I left feeling like the dial had been turned all the way down.

— S.R., Yishun

"

I had chronic tension in my shoulders and neck for years. I'd tried physiotherapy, massages, everything. Two sessions in and I noticed a real softening. My physiotherapist even commented on it.

— J.W., Ang Mo Kio

Common questions

What should I expect during my first session?

[Placeholder — describe what happens when a client arrives, how the session begins, whether they remain clothed, what sensations are common, and how they might feel afterwards.]

How many sessions will I need?

[Placeholder — explain that results vary, that a single session can be felt, but that a course of three is typically recommended for lasting change. Mention the package pricing here.]

Is there anything I should do before or after a session?

[Placeholder — cover practical guidance: hydration, avoiding heavy meals, wearing comfortable clothing, resting afterwards, and anything else you advise clients on.]

Who is reiki suitable for?

[Placeholder — reassure that reiki is gentle and non-invasive. Note any contraindications or groups who should consult their doctor first, if relevant. Confirm it complements rather than replaces medical treatment.]

Why choose a Boost Session over a Solo Session?

[Placeholder — explain the difference in experience between one, two, and three practitioners. Describe what kinds of clients tend to prefer the Duo or Trio, and in what circumstances the Trio is especially recommended.]
