What is Reiki
Ki (気) is the Japanese word for life force energy — the vital current that flows through every living being. The practice of reiki, rooted in the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition, works by channelling this energy through the practitioner's hands to support the body's natural ability to heal.
When ki flows freely, the body and mind find equilibrium. Stress, injury, emotional strain, and accumulated tension can all disrupt this flow — creating blockages that manifest as disrupted sleep or persistent physical pain.
A reiki session doesn't diagnose or treat. It creates the conditions for your nervous system to settle, your body to release what it's holding, and your natural rhythms to reassert themselves. Most clients notice a deep sense of calm during the session itself; lasting effects develop over a course of treatments.

Client Experiences
I came in barely sleeping four hours a night. After three sessions, I was consistently getting six or seven. I was genuinely surprised — I didn't expect anything so tangible.
— K.C., Sembawang
I had chronic tension in my shoulders and neck for years. I'd tried physiotherapy, massages, everything. Two sessions in and I noticed a real softening. My physiotherapist even commented on it.
— J.W., Ang Mo Kio
I booked a Duo session not knowing what to expect. Having two practitioners working together felt completely different to anything I'd tried before — there was nowhere for the tension to hide. I walked out feeling like myself again.
— A.H., Sembawang
I'd never tried reiki before and wasn't sure it was for me. The donation session gave me the space to just try it without any pressure. I pulled my right hamstring from Hyrox training and left that session noticeably looser. I booked again the following week.

FAQ
You'll arrive at our Yishun home studio, and we'll start with a brief chat about what you're hoping to address — whether that's disrupted sleep, muscular tension, or simply a need to decompress. You remain fully clothed throughout. You'll lie comfortably on a treatment table while the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above different areas of your body. Most clients notice warmth, gentle tingling, or a deep sense of calm. Sessions last 60 minutes. Afterwards, many people feel unusually relaxed or pleasantly drowsy — this is normal and a sign your body is integrating the session.
Even a single session can bring noticeable relief — clients often report better sleep the same night, or a significant reduction in tension. That said, for lasting change we recommend a course of three sessions, ideally spaced one to two weeks apart.
We offer package pricing for three sessions: SGD 390 for a Solo package, SGD 570 for a Boost Duo, and SGD 840 for a Boost Trio. After your first session we can advise on what cadence suits your goals.
After your first session we can advise on the right cadence for you.
Before: drink water, avoid a heavy meal in the hour prior, and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Leave any tight jewellery or accessories at home. After: drink plenty of water to support your body's natural detox response, and give yourself permission to rest if you feel called to. Avoid alcohol for the rest of the day if possible. Some clients notice an emotional release or vivid dreams in the 24 hours following — this is part of the healing process.
Reiki is gentle, non-invasive, and suitable for most people regardless of age or health status. It is commonly sought by those dealing with insomnia, disrupted sleep, and muscular pain. It works as a complement to — not a replacement for — conventional medical treatment. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or are undergoing cancer treatment, please consult your doctor before booking, and let us know when you message us so we can discuss your needs.
A Solo Session (one practitioner) is a beautifully effective entry point and a great choice for first-timers. The Boost Duo and Boost Trio bring two or three practitioners working in tandem — their combined energy creates a noticeably more intense and immersive experience. Clients who have chronic tension patterns, are navigating a particularly stressful period, or simply want to go deeper often find the Boost sessions transformative. The Trio in particular tends to produce very profound states of relaxation and is our most sought-after offering.
